10 Year Guarantee

The warranty covers physical defects and changes that cause visible, permanent depressions (of more than 2 cm) in the Memory Foam Material. The warranty does not cover ordinary changes in hardness or characteristics that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties of the product.

It is quite normal for the foam to dis-colour from the near white to a weak yellow shade. The warranty is only valid if the HYPNIA product is used and handled as described in the instructions provided with the product.

In the event of a complaint, please show/send in your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. Customers will also be expected to comply with the companys requests for evidence to support any such claim; whilst typically photographic via email, this may be needed as physical evidence.

This warranty does NOT apply to any covers provided with the product or the mattress base layer.

The Hypnia warranty covers the memory foam item only. It does not cover any Shipping / Carriage costs for either the return of faulty goods or for the sending of replacement goods.

0-5 years: full warranty (on memory foam layer).

6-10 years: warranty reduced by 20 per cent per annum

Warranty replacements are at the discretion of Hypnia Ltd and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the warranty at any time. Warranty replacements may at our discretion be of only the memory layer not the entire product and will be made with the nearest possible specification, if the original is no longer in production.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
