The use of our website is governed by our terms and conditions, and by using and/or ordering goods from our website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out below, and agree that your use of the website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of English Law. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
You will remember to continually check the terms and conditions and will be bound by the terms and conditions in force at any time that you use the website. Items, prices, availability and descriptions may be changed at any time and without notice to ensure information is as accurate and as up to date as possible. While we endeavour to ensure all information is accurate and all pictures are an accurate representation of our actual products, minor variations in size, design or colour may occur.
You will ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete in all respects, and accept responsibility for any costs that may occur as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information being provided.

Ordering & Delivery
We will take all reasonable care to keep your payment details secure, but in the absence of neglect we will not be liable if a third party is able access the data you provide when assessing or ordering from the site. By assessing and/or ordering from our site you agree to take full responsibility for protecting your data from unauthorised use by a third party, including responsibility for any damage or losses incurred as a result of visiting our site.
We will endeavour to accept all orders but there may be circumstances where an order can not be accepted. Acceptance of your order will only take place once your order has been dispatched.
Any delivery dates we specify are intended as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within 3 working days of your order being placed (subject to availability), but under no circumstances will we compensate or be held responsible for any cost or inconvenience that may be incurred due to delays with deliveries.
Goods are delivered from stock held in the UK. The courier is YODEL who will deliver Mon-Fri between 7:30am-6:30pm. If you are out at the time of delivery you will be left a card with instructions to follow to arrange a second delivery, and if they are not contacted, they will try delivery on the following working day. YODEL can be contacted on 0844 248 0555 or via www.yodel.co.uk Due to the size of our items we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
When goods are delivered you will be asked to sign for them. Checking goods for damage at this stage is the responsibility of the person placing the order. If goods are signed for in good condition and damage is later found, the courier will be free from any obligation to you or us and so we will be unable to offer a refund or a replacement.
You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 7 working days of receipt of the item (starting the day after the item is delivered). Please notify us by email if you wish to cancel your purchase.
The buyer assumes all cost and responsibility for packaging and arranging the return of goods. Please therefore consider the potential return cost before you open your item and allow it to expand. Once a mattress has expanded it cannot be re-packed to original size and so will be very expensive to return.

The cancellation period only applies to goods that are unused. We will not accept the return of used goods.
In the unlikely event your product is faulty we will ask you to supply photographic evidence to us via email. Once the fault has been verified by us we will choose to replace or to refund at our discretion, as is our right.
Please allow for a 2cm tolerance on the sizes of the foam products. A 2cm variance in the size in memory foam is perfectly normal depending on conditions and room temperature, and as such is not considered a fault. It is also normal for new foam products to have an odour when first opened. This odour will clear gradually of its own accord if the cover is washed and the mattress is allowed time to air between uses. Products with an odour will not be exchanged.
